Your data, your Mac

In the DealDeck app

• Stored on your Mac. Customers, deals, quotes, files and settings are kept in one folder on your Mac. DealDeck has no account and no login, and does not store your data on our servers.
• Safety copies you control. You decide when to save a safety copy and where to keep it. Safety copies never contain your API keys or passwords.
• Encrypted secrets. API keys and e-mail passwords are stored encrypted; the encryption key is kept in the macOS Keychain.
• AI only when you use it. When you use an AI feature, the information needed for that task is sent to the AI provider you chose (Anthropic, OpenAI or Mistral) under your own account. A setting lets you block sending customer data to the AI provider altogether.
• E-mail through your own accounts. E-mails are sent with Apple Mail or with the e-mail account you connect.
• Privacy-friendly e-mail reading. Received e-mails do not load pictures from the internet until you allow it, so senders' tracking pixels stay silent.

On this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

When you send the contact form, your name, e-mail address, company (if given) and message are passed through the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to our mailbox dealdeckcrm@gmail.com. We use them only to answer you and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can also write to us directly or call +40 723 618 883.
