Who is DealDeck for?
For one person who sells: business owners, freelancers and sales professionals who manage their own customers, deals and quotes. Each installation is for a single user on one Mac.
Where is my data stored?
In one folder on your Mac. DealDeck has no account and no login, and your customer data is not stored on our servers. You can save a safety copy at any time with one click.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only for what goes online by nature: sending e-mails and using AI features. Everything else works offline.
Do I have to use the AI?
No. Every part of DealDeck works without AI. If you want it, you connect your own API key from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Mistral and pay the provider for what you use – with budgets and limits you set in DealDeck.
Can I try it with sample data?
Yes. One click fills DealDeck with fictional customers, deals, quotes, cases and AI examples, and one click removes them again – records you created yourself are kept.
